mad social agency - social media manager & systems lead
At MAD Social Agency, I manage social media execution across client accounts, from planning and producing short form content to publishing, optimization, and performance based iteration. Alongside that, I lead our AI and automation systems that turn attention into action, building workflows like DM keyword automations, lead capture and routing, reporting scoreboards, and internal process automations that keep delivery consistent. The focus is making social media measurable and repeatable, so content drives real inquiries and we can improve based on what the data says.

n3 sales - service and sales assistant
At N3 Sales, I worked hands-on in a technical retail and service environment, programming and configuring two-way radios and accessories for farms and field crews, testing gear, and troubleshooting customer setups so everything worked on-site. I also supported remote starter installs and other light vehicle tasks, plus general computer and electronics troubleshooting when customers needed help. In parallel, I designed and built the N3 Sales website and I still manage it today, keeping key pages and contact flows updated so the site stays accurate, fast, and reliable.
